  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at connect@oroboroswatches.com and we will gladly assist you.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may face delays beyond our control but we do our best to ship all customer orders out within 48 hours.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

    We aim to get your orders as fast as possible, which means if you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us as soon as possible. The best method of communication is our support email, which is connect@oroboroswatches.com. We will do our best to get your order changed but if your order has left our facilities, then we have no way of changing your order or canceling it.

  • WHERE DOES THE NAME OROBOROS COME FROM?

    Centuries ago, the image of a serpent consuming its tail first appeared in Ancient Egypt. Other civilizations adapted the symbol including the ancient Greeks, who called it the “οὐροβόρος”, or “ouroboros” meaning "tail-eating,”. Inspired by the ancient symbol of the ouroboros, our brand represents the idea of continuity, timelessness, and the never-ending cycle of life. Each of our watches is designed to embody the spirit of the places forgotten in luxury, with intricate details and a timeless aesthetic that speaks to our heritage and cultural pride.

  • DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

    Our customers come first, for that reason our products are backed by a 5-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. If the parts or products don't work properly, we will replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your product through on your own.

    This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of watches, dead batteries, cosmetic damage, damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, shock, or water, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • WHERE CAN I READ TRUTHFUL REVIEWS OF OROBOROS?

    All of our on-site reviews are from verified online buyers. We gain reviews through a third party who sends out an email request after a customer purchases a product. You can read the reviews on our page HERE

  • WHAT KIND OF STAINLESS STEEL DO YOU USE IN YOUR WATCHES?

    All of our watches use 316L surgical grade stainless steel.

  • WHAT KIND OF COATING IS USED ON YOUR WATCHES?

    Our watches are built using PVD coated stainless steel. It is wear, scratch and corrosion resistant. PVD coating is a process in which a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the surface of a component, making the surface significantly harder and more durable in the process.

  • WHAT MOVEMENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR WATCHES?

    All of our watches feature premium Japanese or Swiss movements from either Citizen Miyota, Seiko, or Ronda. You can find the specific movement for each timepiece on the product page under the specs sections.

  • HOW DO I RE-SIZE MY WATCH?

    We aim to offer the ultimate customer experience. For that reason, all of our watches come with the correct and necessary tools for resizing. The arrows on the inside the band that identify which way to hammer the pins out of the watch. On the Cape Town model, the links are held together by screws and can simply be unscrewed with the accompanying tool.

    If you have never adjusted the size of your watch, we strongly recommend that you bring it to a watch repair shop or any jewelry store at your local mall. This will allow you to avoid any unnecessary damage to your watch.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We ship our products to anywhere that has an address. For International orders shipping rates will be provided at checkout, but do not include potential charges from customs. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES?

    we do our best to ship all customer orders out within 48 hours. Most products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, DHL, or UPS. Depending on your location, shipping my take between 2-4 business days for North America shipments.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you can't find that email, email us at connect@oroboroswatches.com and we will send you your tracking information.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at connect@oroboroswatches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
