All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may face delays beyond our control but we do our best to ship all customer orders out within 48 hours. Most products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, DHL, or UPS depending on your location. An order can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. 

 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including tags, proof of purchase, and packaging. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or further instructions. Please note that shipping costs incurred during delivery and return will not be refunded. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
